Intact.Simulation for Grasshopper allows direct simulation of Implicit geometries through VDB models OpenVDB.

Use the Read Volume block to read a VDB volume from a file.

The VDB volume must be stored as a FloatGrid. The VDB volume can be used directly as a geometry input to a Component block for simulation.

The easiest way to associate units with an OpenVDB model is to set the Rhino document units to the desired length units.
