When analyzing an assembly, there are two options for analyzing the model.

1. Single material analysis: All material in the assembly is the same
2. Multiple material analysis: Each part of the assembly gets a specified material

1. Choose material for entire assembly (green box). See this spreadsheet for material properties
   • Ferrous metals
   • Non-ferrous metals
   • Non metals
   • 3D printed plastics
   • Engineering Plastics
2. Continue with simulation process described in Simulation Setup

1. Choose [Set Multiple Materials] (red box)
2. Hover over the part to see it highlighted in the assembly (orange box)
3. Click the material dropdown menu (blue box)
4. Select appropriate material
5. Repeat for the remaining parts in the assembly
6. Click back (purple box)
7. Continue with simulation process described in Simulation Setup
